Blog 3 progress
So far for my 20 time project I've been working on my syllabus. I've gotten the introduction done mostly besides telling what the class will be over during the semester as I still need to confirm precisely what I'm doing, and I've started the class rules and point breakdown. I already know what the rest will be over so I should finish it this Friday. I've gotten almost all of my information to write every lesson plan also, so when the syllabus is done that's what I'll start too do. The next part will be to find a online calendar that in everyday I can write lesson plans, projects, and homework in. If I can't find that I'll just buy a physical copy of a 16-17 calendar and write stuff into there, but that is far less optimal. If I don't finish the syllabus this Friday then I will have to readjust my schedule for finishing.

Blog Post 1
My proposal for the 20 time project was to create a class. I personally wanted to create an astronomy class, because there's so many things to talk about and I'm really interested in it. I would create a class syllabus and outline, constructed from this school years schedule. I was thinking that I'd only do one semester but to increase the length of the project I will probably make it a year long course. I'd create a day to day lesson plan and create specific labs, tests and projects. To compliment this, for every week, I'd create a PowerPoint for at least one day of that week. The feedback that I received was mostly positive and they wanted me to do a class for my presentation, create a PowerPoint and teach them some stuff. I think that'd be a good idea, but not sure how I'd fit a whole presentation on what I've learned and teach them things in 10 minutes. My personal goal for this was too learn about something that I love and learn just a little bit about what teachers do, with the ultimate end goal of actually presenting my syllabus and outline with my PowerPoints to Kline and get him too consider the class for Kennedy. So far, I've accomplished my goal of finding out a project that can sustain through multiple months, and nothing has went wrong. *knocks on wood* I'd like to start my syllabus when we start working on this probably, as that seems like a good first step.
